❌ Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable:

  • Items made to order (custom color, size, etc.) after approval of all details.

  • Products without manufacturing defects.

✅ Eligible for return or exchange:

  • In case of manufacturing defects that affect functionality or appearance.

  • Minor flaws (small chips, paint drops, visible internal fasteners) are not considered defects.

📬 If your order is damaged during shipping:

  • File a claim/complaint at the post office when receiving the parcel.

  • Contact our manager — all such cases are handled individually.

🕒 Claims are accepted within 5 business days of receiving the order.

💰 Refunds are issued only to the same bank account or card used for the original payment.
