We are a manufacturer and wholesale company, so we operate on a 100% prepayment basis only.

You can place your order directly on the website by filling in all required fields in the order form. After submitting your order, our manager will contact you using your preferred method to:

  • confirm item availability;

  • inform you of the production time (if the item is made to order);

  • send you payment details.

💳 Payment Terms:

  • Once payment details are provided, your order is reserved for 24 hours.

  • To confirm payment, please send the payment receipt to the manager.

  • If you require an invoice, be sure to notify the manager.

📦 Delivery

🚚 Delivery within Ukraine:

  • Nova Poshta — shipped daily (if in stock).

  • Ukrposhta — shipped twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • Delivery times are confirmed by the manager.

  • Shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s rates.

🌍 International Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide, excluding Russia and Belarus.

  • Our manager will help you choose the most suitable shipping method for your country and product (weight, volume, delivery time, etc.).
